Supervisory Skills – For Supervisors And Managers
Supervisory Skills is a 3-day programme designed to get supervisors and junior management on the right track. It will assist in the efforts to improve the standards and service culture in the business.
All too often a high performing employee is promoted to a more senior role in charge of other staff without having the necessary skills and knowledge to make an effective transition. Manage the impact supervisors have on operational standards, staff morale and customer service with this programme.
