Lara Najjar is a Senior Consultant with PROTRAINING.
Lara worked extensively in the Hospitality Industry in the Middle East and Europe in Human Resources & Training and in Sales & Marketing within the FMCG industry.
With an MBA in Business Administration, Lara is a Registered Assessor in Craft Training and is a Master Trainer in Group Training and Accounting for Non Accountants. She is also a certified ISO internal auditor. Lara holds a Hospitality Management Certificate from Cornell University/ IMHI France. She has worked on Change Management delivery and the introduction of company values as well as Performance Management programmes for all levels of employees.
She has an extensive background in assessment, having led Recruitment and Development Assessment Centres on numerous occasions. She has played a pivotal role in the opening of major hotels in Lebanon such as Le Vendome Intercontinental, Phoenicia Intercontinental, Crowne Plaza, and the Holiday Inn.
Previously the Regional Training & Development Manager for the Intercontinental Group, based in Paris. Lara is a highly motivated training facilitator capable of delivering sessions in English, French and Arabic. Her Sales and Marketing role in Procter & Gamble in the Middle East provided invaluable experience in this sector.
