Eric Koeman

Eric Koeman is a Senior Consultant with PROTRAINING.

For the past 25 years Eric has developed his expertise as a dynamic management consultant driving capability, building brands and increasing sales for many Fortune 500 companies. He has recently completed a 5 year term with the Al-Futtaim Group in Dubai where he designed and led the Retail Business College (Ikea, M&S) and drove capability and performance in support of the Automotive (Toyota, Honda), Real Estate and engineering divisions as a senior L&D consultant.

Eric has also worked for many Fortune 500 companies such as Nestle, Borden, AT&T, The Montreal Canadians Hockey Club and Al Hokair where he was instrumental in the re-launching of the Nike brand in Saudi Arabia as Sales and Marketing Manager. Using his personalised appr

oach and unique business development skills, Eric has created effective sales and marketing programmes for high profile brands and clients such as P&G, Cosmair, J & J, Sears Canada, Gillette, Emirates Airlines, Du and McDonald’s restaurants to name but a few.

Eric has a wealth of regional expertise in the areas of Leadership, Marketing and Sales Development. He has gained invaluable experience as an approved CIM, ISMM and Cambridge University lecturer and master trainer in Dubai. He has taught subjects ranging from Marketing Planning, Managing Marketing Performance, Sales Leadership and Quality Management. Eric is also accredited in Six Boxes Methodology, Executive Retail, Experience Point Change Management and Spin Selling among many others.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He can facilitate management workshops in both English and French languages.
