Helen Roxburgh is an Associate Consultant with PROTRAINING.
Helen has worked as a Senior Learning and Development Professional for over 20 years. She possesses strong skills in facilitation, analysing client’s needs, designing, implementing and evaluating training. Helen has extensive experience in developing and facilitating a variety of subjects including Leadership development, Training, Communication skills, Brand Identity and Value, and Customer Experience.
As a Senior Manager in Emirates Airlines, Helen was accountable for the effective induction and leadership of 9,000 customer facing employees. Helen’s experience included the set-up, growth and development of several training functions where she managed in-house and third-party training across different industries including Aviation, HR, Hospitality and Tourism. The roles involved conducting training in the Middle East, Europe and America. More recently, Helen has worked across other industries including Oil and Gas, Banking and Manufacturing.
Helen understands the importance of engaging with, supporting and inspiring people to develop their skills so they add value to their personal and professional life. She draws on her extensive business experience to add real world perspective to her training.
Helen holds a Masters in Business Administration from University of Bradford, UK, a Diploma in Training Skills from University of Leicester, UK and is a Certified Test User in Occupational Ability and Personality assessments registered with The British Psychological Society, UK.
