Helen Roxburgh is a Director of Facilitation and Quality Professional with PROTRAINING.

Helen has worked as a Senior Learning and Development Professional for over 20 years. She possesses strong skills in facilitation, analysing client’s needs, designing and implementing high impact learning solutions.  Helen has extensive experience developing and facilitating in a variety of subjects including Leadership development, Training, Communication skills, Brand Identity and Value and Customer Experience.

As a Senior Manager in two major airlines, including Emirates, Helen was accountable for the effective induction, performance and leadership of 9,000 customer facing employees to enhance the customer experience.  Helen’s responsibility included the set-up, growth and development of several training functions where she managed in-house and third-party training across different industries including Aviation, HR, Hospitality and Tourism. The roles involved conducting training in the Middle East, Europe and America. Helen has also worked across other industries including Oil and Gas, Financial Services and Manufacturing.

Helen understands the importance of engaging with, supporting and inspiring people to develop their skills so they add value to their personal and professional life. Helen focuses on engaging participants through meaningful interaction, and she draws on her extensive business experience to add a real world perspective to her training interventions.

Helen holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Bradford (UK), a Diploma in Training Skills from the University of Leicester (UK) and is a Certified Test User in Occupational Ability and Personality assessments registered with The British Psychological Society.
