Matt is a dynamic leader, entrepreneur and senior facilitator with 28 years of commercial and operational experience, including 20 years in the Middle East.

As Director of Growth and Strategy., Matt is passionate about galvanising teams to deliver their best. He has previously led sales, marketing, digital, strategy and channel partnership teams in the Learning and People Development, HR consultancy, SaaS and Digital Banking sectors.

Matt lives by the adage “Life is Not a Rehearsal”, in both his personal and professional life. Always seeking adventure and the opportunity to leave a lasting impression, he brings this energy and enthusiasm into each session he facilitates. Whether that be a high-impact 90-minute keynote or an extended adventure simulation, incorporating tailored team facilitation aligned to your desired outcomes, Matt gives his all, every time.

Known for his expertise in leadership, team decision-making and the power of story, he loves empowering teams to achieve bold goals, craft compelling narratives and build resilience as they strive towards their goals in an unpredictable and ever-evolving world.

Outside of work, Matt is an endurance enthusiast, tackling everything from trail to Ironman races, and a devoted family man with two football-loving sons.
