Rasha Morchedy

Rasha Morchedy is a Senior Consultant with PROTRAINING.

Rasha has more than 10 years of facilitation experience across various sectors, such as Medical, Hospitality, Telecommunications, Banking, Real Estate as well as Oil and Gas. She has designed, developed, and delivered development solutions with a focus on customer service, sales, management and leadership in the Gulf Region, Middle East and Egypt.

Holding a bachelor degree in Internal Medicine and Surgery at the School of Medicine, Cairo University (Kasr Al Aini-1994), Rasha has utilised her medical background and work experience by successfully leading and delivering projects for the medical and pharmaceutical sectors with clients like Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Pfizer, Abu Dhabi Health Authority (ADHA), Boehringer Ingelheim, Medcare and Aster pharmacies.

Rasha has also worked as a corporate executive in various capacities including Training Manager for Intercontinental Hotels, Quality Assurance Manager for Hilton in Egypt as well as Talent Advisor at National Bank of Abu Dhabi (UAE).  She has also delivered extensive customer service training at Commercial International Bank in Egypt.

Rasha is a certified Level A&B Testing Assessor, and is MBTI certified. She has acquired her Practitioner Coaching Diploma from Noble Manhattan Coaching UK and was certified as a Neuro-linguistic programming practitioner by Richard Bandler (co-developer of the science and art of NLP). Rasha is fascinated by Neuroscience and in particular the work of David Rock.
