Sharara Al Ali is an Associate Consultant with PROTRAINING.

Sharara is a business leadership trainer, executive coach and emotional intelligence specialist, with 20+ years of versatile experience across diverse organisational domains, with significant exposure in customer service, learning, training, coaching, and office management.

She is a subject matter expert in a range of coaching modalities such as behavior management, Emotional Intelligence, NLP and organisational psychology.

Sharara has designed and delivered training programs in customer service, women’s’ leadership, business management, millennial leadership, interpersonal skills, stress management, change management, design thinking, workplace readiness and many more areas.

She worked in the one of the biggest international companies in the world for 15 years across the areas of customer service, office management and operations, which gave her numerous valuable opportunities to work with a wide range of people with diverse cultures and backgrounds and equipped her with exceptional communication, problem solving, adaptability and organisational skills.

With a desire to make a difference, together with the appreciation for the practical and a willingness to explore what’s possible, it is her mission to take part in building the learning organisation culture, and to demonstrate the positive correlation between increasing employees’ satisfaction using career development and strengthening the commercial effectiveness for the organisation.

In a nutshell, it is all about translate the strategies and visions to a comprehensive language to every individual, driving them to work together towards more success on the individual and organisational levels.
