Tazmin Walker is Programme Director with PROTRAINING.
Tazmin is a Programme Director at PROTRAINING. The key focus of her role is to work with PROTRAINING clients to plan, manage and oversee the implementation of critically important projects. Working with multiple stakeholders, she ensures the goals, objectives and scope of each project meets the required timelines, ensuring that both resources and budget is managed effectively and efficiently. Clear and concise communication is paramount in her role, so that risks and issues are managed and resolved, and progress is monitored to ensure projects stay on track and on time.
With over 20 years’ experience in various HR roles, Tazmin brings global best practices to the team, having worked in London, Hong Kong, New York and Dubai, most recently as Senior HR Business Partner for Barclays Bank and as an HR Consultant for Abu Dhabi Finance.
More recently she has also focused her efforts within a charitable field, raising funds to support children in need, an opportunity to give back and make a difference.
