First Responder Team Building
This immersive simulation evaluates a team’s ability to manage responses to complex evolving problems. The landscape is uneven, impacting some teams more than others, with challenges that are both volatile and constantly changing. Teams must navigate uncertainty and work under time pressure to achieve results.
Teams are required to input decisions to the digital platform using smart phones. The main screen tracks results and status providing real time updates. Participants need to work smart as well as hard to complete the mission. Highly engaging and intense, this will be both challenging and insightful with a full debrief to review the critical actions taken and the learning that emerged.
