Problem solving is one of the most intellectually demanding tasks which we are faced with on a daily basis. Effective decision-making is one of the most important actions in navigating business cases. Throughout this 1-day programme, participants explore a problem solving model and subsequently play a business game to practice their decision making as they learn the best decision making practices.
The “Problem Solving & Decision Making “ programme develops a creative and systematic approach to problem solving and follow a logical decision making model mindful of business objectives. These skills are especially important for a Supervisor and Manager as the first step on the leadership ladder.
