PROTRAINING donate all completed bikes to Senses Residential and Day Care for Special Needs . Not only were we growing and bonding as a team, but we were working towards a common goal, building a bike for a child! My key takeaway today wasn’t that “everything works better when everyone works together on the same thing”. Our team quickly identified where strengths lay… mine was NOT in building a bike!
